    Talking R u a call center agent??


    if u r.. pde pa help?..

    can u pls post some of the interview questions that u came across with while u were still applying...
    and also, ur answers to those questions nrin po f pde... ty po..

    need help lng ky first time pa man gud nq apply for a job..and i still have no idea kung unsa ila i-ask during the interview.. pls lng mga peeps ha.. would really appreciate it..

    -sagot mo dapat ay di dahil malaki ang sweldo hahahaha..
    pwede sabihin mo na flexible ka at hardworking at yung mga hinahanap na qualities ng isang
    magandang agent ay nasa sayo na..konting improvement at adjustment nalang ..

    tama ba ako mga callcenter agents?

    you can join my yahoo groups. there are some files there that might help you. just search praetorian321411 and then click on "join". Those are files that has been used is some call center training centers. you can even download the files for your convenience.

    but when they asked me why do i want to become a call center agent, i answered because Agents from Call center get a lot of cash.. LOL.. and i explained that Im being practical..

    So.. I got the Job.. LOL

    usually mga questions kay tell me about yourself. kung kani ang question, tell something that is not written in ur resume. mao ni ang time maka brag ka sa mga good qualities nga naa nimo. ayaw pag hisgut ug mga something negative. research pud sa company nga imong aplayan para makatubag ka sa question nga what do u know about our company? at least magpakita nga interesado gyud ka mo work dinha nila. kung mo ask nganong gusto ka mag call center agent, para nako (mao ni akong tubag ha) mao ni ang pinaka maayo nga tubag. call centers are usually outsourced or owned by american which has high regard for individual characteristics. there is no discrimination for race, color, gender, age and sexual preference...which is true, madawat man gani ka bisan ug gi uban naka. of course, ang sueldo but then, unlike the traditional filipino companies, u can be promoted even if u r new in the company (call center) as long as u perform. then, practice being creative about selling. kung pabiligyaon mo, bahalag unrealistic, himoa para lang maka catch sa attention sa taw. naa man gani question, tell me 3 things u hate. example, maka mention kag cockroach, mo ingon lang ug kalit, sell me a cockroach, anha na mosulod ang imong pagka creative. mo ingon ka nga ang cockroach imong baligya mo secrete ug chemical nga maka cure ug cancer or aids. research sad mo on how to handle inbound calls and deal with irate customer inkaso mag phone simulation, kahibalo naka kung unsaon. goodluck sa mga interesado

    be humble and know urself first so you will know unsa imo answer kay usually first question nila
    tell me more about yourself..?
    and why should i hire you?..
    answer with confidence!

    kung unsa nkasulat sa imo resume, mao rana usually ang questions pud.
