I just bought me a printer and I forgot to ask whether my printers inks & catridges we're part of my 2,3K purchase. Its my fault that I forgot to ask I felt a bit sleepy during that time, but I'm really wondering if that's their store's protocol...But other than that I'm totally pissed off by the drunkard looking sales lady in pink (should have read her name so I could name drop her here.) & that dude who showed me the demo on my inks he never even mentioned to me if those two we're part of the purchase or not! Because it's their freaking job to tell the customer frankly how they work. But I'm more confused since we left it in their store for awhile because it was too heavy while mom and I had to do some grocery a bit. After claiming and taking it home I realized that the inks & catridges we're gone! ):

Thats what I'm confused about when the sales dude pack it he didn't take those two things out, but straight to the packaging. I dunno have I been rip off or did they done some malpractice?

Seriously guys is that their protocol and stuff? I don't wanna go barging in their store and claiming those things because they'll prolly twist the whole thing. I just want to have some opinions here and some experiences from other people regarding their printer-buying days at Silicon Valley.

did you read the box's manual or specs? Most of the time nakasuwat na what shpuld be inside the box.

i agree... read first the manual or the flyer that came with the printer and it shoud state if the ink/s / cartridges came with the printer

brandnew printers always come w/ their original set of inks & accessories/cables...i haven't come across one where the inks are an option...

- inks
- power cable
- usb cable
- driver cd
- user manual

Thanks. I've read the manuals pero pakapin man jud ang FINE Catridges man daw pag demo lang atung sales guy gipakita pa jud ko niya unsaon toh pag-insert sa inks...U_U Pag-uli na namu wala na diha ang mga FINE Catridges.
Nahibung raman ko ngano pag abot sa amu wala na ang Fine catridges. ):

sa imo price nga napalit, apil gyud na ink, its either black or color, but maybe not both... pero naa gyud padala tinta... naa mana sa content sa package kung unsay naa sa package padala...

Anyway Bro, if ever you forgot something just read the manual of what are the things that are included with your brandnew printer. U stil hav d ryt to complain to those people coz it's their job to inform the buyer that you need to add/buy something to suffice the entire package. Just my cent.
