    Default Ssn

    Disclosing SSN means, the person who will misuse the account will have all the rights. Regarding your case, ask the assistance of your TL to get a copy of written documents regarding your QA procedures. SOmetimes, a company will just try to dispense you so it will be a lesser hassle than going through with their client.

    Nevertheless, deal with the company QA procedures first. Take note where you really falter. If you follow the procedure, this your time to defend yourself. Termination is still grounds for LAbor Relations and has to go through due process. Prepare yourself.

    for me, it depends on the account... sa ako nga account kai d pwede e restate ang ssn kai they consider the information vital and all of the agents in that account is not allowed to restate the info... kung unsa man gani, let your friend depend himself and really highlight what is really the rules on the account... and if naa jud cya sa sakto, pwede sad nga mangita cya ug legal advice... kung pwede sad kuyogan cya para naa sad mo guide nya...

    She should be resigning kay sa maghuwat ma-terminate. Wala na xai mahimo ana kay naa man gud ubang american na sensitive kaau when it comes to proving confidential infos. Next time nalang, hopefully shell get through it and learn from it kay imo man jud nang resposiblity to be extra careful when it comes to giving out sensitive infos.

    i totally understand the situation baya pud ani nga case, although daghan kabalhinan lain nga company it's kinda hard to start all over again and since regular na ni cya naa pud bya ni cya right to security of tenure. i just hope that they would also take into consideration that this involves lives. i just hope that it would turn out well...
