    I used to smoke 1-2 packs a day. I've stopped smoking (cold turkey)for 5 years now...what made me stop
    I had a heart attack, flatlined during my angioplasty and luckily was revived...
    Now, maybe that's good enough reason to quit

    if you wanna live longer...then quit smoking.... NOW!!!

    if are really a chain smoker like u consume 3 packs per day ... den u need to disciplne urself .. try to lessen it ... and when the time that u really need to smoke .. den try CANDIES ..... it helps u control ur urge to smoke!

    if you smoke like 10 packs a day.

    pwo if you want to.
    join a rehab for quitting smoking.

    how fortunate of you! Thank GOd! congrats man because you have stopped smoking. keep that up.

    smoking causes blood to clot. which means these clots can obstruct the arteries leading to atherosclerosis. (plus naa pjd mga cholesterol na nahimong plaques)
    bsg pd grabeh na imo LDLs (bad cholesterol) plus smoking pjd... mao toh naka trigger sa hart attack.

    ang naka nindot nako kay if naa ko diri cebu, d gyud ko kalikay smoke
    pero if naa ko sa amoa sa bohol malutas kog aso hehehe as in d gyud ko ka sigarilyo didto

    basin mag mahay2 nia ta nig kasakit nato tungod lang sa sigarilyo. hehe. ingon pas mga tao "may sili muhalang dayon.". haha.

    If you know somebody nga mo smoke and want him to quit for his own good, unsay buhaton? I don't think there's a lot I can do, not unless if the will comes from within himself. What you think guys, specially sa katong naka quit na?
