my take on the hiring process is that... again... it's not HR who really has the final say on the contract though they are the ones who give slots to the manager...

HR pipol are little gods who play on the lives of job seekers...they screen applicants based on what they see on those paper resumes. and they are not even that mature enough to really assess applicants. gosh..is a few years in college enough to understand people? HR people sucks...are they psychics?

i was interviewed twice already for the same dept and once for sales... hoping they would call next week oi! bhala na ug gamay ang job offer, what i know Lexmark is the best choice compared to CC companies.

so far mn pud, walay negative feedback ko nabasahan or nadunggan, my first interview kay cool kaau ang hiring manager, bisaya pa jud na interview!
