They didn't blame god bai. They asked where he was when bad things happen. In his absence and consequential aftermath of incidents, why do believers still think God is not to blame if not only for not saving them. Let's just think for one moment that tragedies are NOT his doing. That leaves us to question, where was he when it happened? After all, he is said to be EVERYWHERE.
Kita man gani bai we blame the president for letting a bad country happen and she CAN make some changes if she can. Why can't the country think of Arroyo as innocent? Why do we see her as guilty when the country goes to hell? I think the same logic applies here.
