The first time I visited Kennedy Space Center in Florida, I was so excited to see all they took from the moon. there are hundreds of samples they brought from it. Some would say nga dili tinood--because you have not witnessed the items they displayed and incased with thick glass. Imagine lang gud nga for Billions of dollars they spent in making shuttles and traveling from and to the moon, would they still put a hoax to any of these?

->for the US, what for? they already won the space race..economics wise, they need to spend more on military satellites that could be used to detect Russian missiles rather than go to moon..remember that it was the height of cold war..
->the budget for the original Apollo missions bloated and Congress (not NASA) could not afford to give them additional budget for the said program..
->Space Shuttles were in developmental stage already with a promise of re-usable spacecraft rather than disposable spacecraft (Apollo spacecrafts)..

anyway, if dili jud ta mo-tuo, ok raman na.. anyway, dili bitaw ta magutom ana..basta ang importante is that due to space race, technological advancements were made in unprecedented rate.. name it..pc's, walkman's (then), even the MPEG (leading to MP3 players), water filters, data processing, etc..
