bitaw all I can say is they are very unprofessional... mura mn sila wa tudloi ug good manners and right conduct sa ila parents or bisan dha sa ila company...or bisan na lng kaha sa ilang mga huna2 ... tsk tsk
they are feeling competetive in a very childish way toward the other call center sa JY... I so pity them.
