    dapat u should get enough rest uie... u owe it to your body. afterall, dili ingun nga forever makaya sa lawas ang lack of sleep. sooner or later mu surrender imo system. luoy

    mas-healthy if you sleep at the right time and wake up at the right time sad-- programmed naman gud na sa imong body-- like when siya mu-release ug melatonin for your sleep/wake cycle..
    mas-maayo jud if sakto nga time...

    8-10 hours ang normal sleeping hours c0z if u oversleep lets say for instance 11-14 hours..a lot of people i know that they sleep for straight 14 hours..its bad also..ive read if kulang sa sleep and sobra sa sleep could shorten lyfspan
