question bout a combo drive and DVD R/RW drive

my combo drive cannot read data dvd's burned by a dvd writer. can you help me on this?
i dont know what s the problem. the combo drive wont read any dvd's burned by dvd writer. pls help.

incompatibility issue.. update firmware maybe could do a help.. but if not.. stay away from that burner... if symptom persist buy a new drive, SONY combo is gud dili tamili as far as ako natestingan kay ako ASUS combo asus purya gaba tamili.. buy a new DVDRW na lng BenQ1640 ako ikarecommend kay mao mn ako gamit..
