I heard that PLDT will give rebate on issue like this but you need to make sure that the problem is not in your side. Isolate the problem first with your competent personnel. Basin ma prove pud nila nga wala sa ila ang problema ug naa sa inyoha.

kasuway ko ani bro, cge ka down ila internet, nya cge ko tawag nila mga 3 days najud, ingon nga e off nya after an hour on balik ang router, mao ra japun... lagot ko ako gi ibot ila antenna wa naku bayri remaining 2 months... ilisan naku globe in 2 days abot daun installation sa globe...

well thank you for sharing your knowledge but I think it is already SOP to check first if the problem is the client side before concluding that the problem is in the ISP, it's rather redundant but thanks anyways
