    Default PLDT Business Subscribers Beware


    We have a medium sized internet cafe in Lapu Lapu and I have a few concerns regarding PLDT's very nice service, last friday we lost our internet connection and when we called PLDT's support, they said na naputlan daw mi, then I asked, ngano na putlan man nga sakto ug on time man ang among bayad then they traced it, confirmed nga naka bayad mi, the question is sakto ba diay na putlan diretso ang usa ka business subscriber without any disconnection notice? Bisan tawag man lang unta as a warning para maka prepare.

    Tungod sa ilang gibuhat we lost 5 days of sales, daku na kaau nga lugi ug downtime, I hope nga dili ni mahitabo sa uban kay tungod sa negligence or unsa ba daghan kaayo ang na hasol.

    mao lagi, saon mang hire man ug dili qualified, mao na mga subscribers maoy mag antos, pasangil dayon naputlan konohay

    dugay kai maka aksyon jud ikaw pai kasab-an kai sa pagnetwork (LAN) kono ang problema.. wala kono problema ... sa ilahang line... unya diay to da guba jud diay.

    Ask for compensation. Naa ba na sila?

    para dili ninyo kasab-an mao ng mo una sila ug pasangil........sa maka-una ra gud nah!...hehehehe!

    mura pwede man guro ka mag pa minus sa imo gibayad ana di lang ko sure ha

    You ask for rebates. System generated man gud na ila disconnection ma delayed lang ka og 1 day putol dayon specially adto ka sa Banks or payment center ka mobayad which dugay pud mo remit sa PLDT.

    mulANG KALAGOT kaayo naman mga payment center, naypa direct sa pldt .. mao jud na na experience sad na namo kana delayed kaayo mo remit ang payment center

    possible man cguro that mo file ta case for the damaged/lost of income sa ila gbuhat. Sa ila man to nga side nga mistake so dapat sila mo bayad, if ako mka encounter ana nga situation then naa jud ko buhaton nga legal action. Basta kompleto lang ko sa mga mga documents and proof!
