in the interest of justice, what clause in the law of eminent domain will protect the person who at that time was reluctant to sell his land with a price that the government dictates when the land will no longer be utilized for public use?
to add insult to injury, that very same land will be sold to a capitalist by the incumbent politician at a very "handsome" price and the original owner cannot get it back because he will be bombarded by legal technicalities by the politician who "sold" the lot to the capitalist through influence peddling.
we cannot expect justice to be fair, not here. money talks and business is the only consideration of the politicians. i don't think that the law of eminent domain can be used in the case of camp lapulapu. the capitol just want to get the lot back and earn money.
i don't think the capitol will even give residents the right of first refusal privilege. the province is being run like a business venture.
