The land donation was intended for military use only and nothing else. and because of this violation (and the pending camp transfer as ordered by the President), the donation already defeated the purpose. that's why the Province has the right to get back the lots and use it for a more beneficial use for the benefit of its constituents. but of course, the means has to be as humanitarian as possible.
I think these illegal settlers have already been given half of the humanitarian funds. If im not mistaken, 25 million pesos was already spent for them.
