Do I need to register pa the business? Do I need to get a different TIN for this?
Unsa papers/requisites for starting a small business nga pareho ani?

Or di na need ipa-register ni?

Would appreciate your inputs guys... thanks!

Hi, I felt the need to share this as I think we are on the same line... Like you, I'm planning to start a small outsourcing business. But ng engage nako ani full-time since June this year. What I did was starting virtually first... Nag set-up ko ug website where naa didto ang info about my services and at the same time, it's where virtual workers can apply for jobs on a freelance basis. It's really a challenge k dili fixed ang income and the projects so I found it best to not register it yet. Also, it's a challenge working with virtual workers. These are just some of the downsides, however there's a lot of learning experience to be had and most especially you are able to build strategic partnerships with clients abroad. Like now, I have a client who can give prospective long-term business. So from virtual, I'm gonna switch to actually renting an office, hiring people to work in the office and of course register the business.

    Good luck in your endeavors.

Your efforts sis are very admiring.
Yes, a small business can start virtually...(without any physical "look" of a company)
Not necessary an online company...but as well as service companies can do this.

This has many advantages specially w/ regards to operational cost.
Through times, when things are doing good, we need to establish our company
Because doing things virtually... limits growth.

If you want the easiest way, look for outsourced bookkeepers to do the business registration for you.

Thanks for the compliment and input... I'm definitely going towards that direction-- of registering the company. Starting small with limited resources is definitely a tough challenge but slowly with strong determination, I feel that what I've started will soon progress...

And just a note for those who are/would like to pursue the same thing... now is the best time to take advantage of outsourced services. While the rest of the world are in economic downfall with people having limited job opportunities, a "virtual job" can earn you enough or even more than enough money to survive the current crisis (just sharing from own experience...).
