I HAVE THIS 160 HD ... why man nga deli naman siya 160 ... 152 nalang kapin lagi is this becoz of bad sector...

tubagon lang sad...ana jud na bro..you will not get the exact size of the HD....even my 1TB only shows 900+ and my 320GB WD shows 290+ ....d ko ka explain pero I'll just say system files for the HD to..hehe

morag mo slow down ana walay extra space

1. kong mag install software didto gyud na ilabay sa temp kong di mag delete dagko gyud size ani
2. upacking sa zip file same gihapon didto sa temp folder
3. temp internet files = gamay ra kong dili ka sige stream
4. page file depende sa memory nimo ani default
5. windows updates + sa temp pag install
6. system restore

dili ka last ang 8gig ana..
thats why 40gig ang ge set nako

40/120 is gud

but

EarlZ is correct regarding this thread. Naa difference from what the drive is supposed to have. This is due to the bitcount to a byte in computer storage terms. I'm not sure if that's exactly it. Ask a computer engineer why this is so. As for me, what I understood is the computation of the bits. Something about about 1 byte is actually 1024 and not 1000 as you would expect.

So it should be something like 160gb / 1024 = 156gb - minus the size of the partition table pa. And here's another thing to note: The larger your drive, the larger the partition table it will take on it.

best partition : formatted >> 56GB /100GB



best option : SEPARATE HDD ( higher reliability )

80GB for OS + 160GB or higher for files

ana jud na bro, ako 320 gb na hd sakto jud siya 320,062,062,592 bytes
kay ang iya basahon ang bytes man dili gb. ex. 1mb is 1029 kb mas dago
ang ihap sa kb kay sa mb or gb or tb, gi kiha na ang seagate ana nya pildi sila
maski ang ibidinsya pabor sa seagate, ang stiker gb man naka butang dili kb so pildi sila
