wat i did was really really crazy.. so dont try this..
it was summer and there was no classes.. every day i would
wake up 6am
6am-7am jog
7am-8am play basketball
8am-9am gym
9am-9:30am treadmill
eat and rest after..
by 1 pm i would gym and treadmill from
1pm-5pm
eat after
and wen the sun sets i play basketball till 10pm and after treadmill for 30 mins.
i was really crazy during that time.. i was addicted to losing weight.. ahaha..
this was my daily routine..
and sometimes i ate once a day or drank gatorade only in a day..
so pls dont u ever try this..
u lose weight fast but prone to ulcer..
ahaha..
but i loved the results of this cause after 2 months i dont get tired anymore of doing anything.. 3 hours of str8 basketball i couldnt get tired.. doing 1000 reps in benchpress(100lbs) was like an everyday routine
skipping rope 500 counts and crucnches 500 times was very easy to achieve.. gained more stamina strength and especialy confidence.. ahaha.. =D

Losing weight weight is easy mga bro pero it needs sacrifice and dedication..i used to be 180lbs pag January 2009 and started working out in the month of April 2009 and now my weight is 144lbs..so i lost up 36lbs..my tips are:
-Eat correctly for about 5-6 meals a day and every meals only 300 calories only you should take w/ low fat foods
-Do you daily cardio brisk walk/jogging/cycling/swimming etc. for about 30-60 min.
-If your working out at the gym just to lose weight i'd say your in a wrong way to your goal..If your goal is to lose weight then i should say you must do your daily cardio because cardio is a lot more improtant than lifting weights and also you should be more strict to your nutrition..=)
