thank you for all the suggested solutions. i tried the suggested solution here.

so far na-fixed na ang problem last Wednesday. ang problema kay naa sa RAM nga ako gi-add last summer. mao ra to sya. maayo jud diay start ug troubleshoot by getting the recently added hardware to check your pc in case you have this type of problem, labi na kung wala prob sa software.
