2. try to diagnose / scan ur hdd for bad blocks, a basic windows chkdsk / scandisk utility will do.
same sa ako giingon ganina, in case of hdd when ur system is accessing a bad sector, duha ray symptom ana, redundant access sa sector which causes the system to operate slowly kai iya man balik2x kon ug read katong sector until maread niya = hdd led blinks always like forever, and 2nd wud be mu restart lang ug kalit.

same problem ni ako probs before.. maygani under warranty pa HD uli nako sa store din replace ug BRand new, daghn ayo bad sector ako old hd mao diay.

basi di compatible ang ram nga gin ilis mo?? but mostly gid heat prob na sya.. try bi tan aw ang heat sink sang prcessor mo kung ga dapat man sya sa mismo nga processor. kay dasig man mag init ang processor ma reset na sya..

pwede man basi nubo nga wattz ang PSU nga imu ginbulos sa daan na PSU mu na may power shortage sya..?? try mo man ilis PSU nga halin sa running com nga pareho sang Wattz sang una mo nga PSU..

basin hugaw na imung pc.. try daw limpyo sa sud sa... or low powered.. disconnect sa mga accesory parts, like fans(except sa procie)...... try changing the memory slots......
