I can relate a bit, I'm kind of going through the same at the moment, di siguro exactly the same sa imo situation but nasakitan sad.... best solution.... start adopting a "KEVS" or keber attitude.... like bahala siya...

just start loving your self more! ..... it's kind of selfish.. but you must love yourself first

Other tips:
1.) cry cry cry.. let it all out... para ma hubas ang pain.. ma pul.an ra ka kadugayan... but don't let him see you hurt or cry ever.. show him that you're okay and you're just fine without him..
--i've done this, but still if i can remember everything, my tears will suddenly fall without me knowing
2.) list down and think of the qualities na eiwwww niya.. like hugaw ug kuko... baho ug ulo.. bugason.. siga ug mata.. murag bayot sa kaputi.. kagiron... hugawan... loser.. jerk... *ssh*le... tanan negative niya.... then basaha siya everyday.. and you can swear to yourself that the next man has/is none of the above. and think.. why the hell do I love him anyway.. eiwww....
---loser, jerk, asshole, that's the kind of person he is..
3.) avoid him... as much as possible avoid the loser.... dont call him.. dont text.. dont read his messages.. if naa saved messages... erase them if di nimo kaya ayaw tawn basaha... better yet.. erase his number. ..or block him in any comm portal as possible..

4.) go out with your friends... P-A-R-T-Y!!!!! but be careful when you get drunk.. coz we always have the urge to text, call or confront him basta under the influence of alcohol.. ayaw lang gyud..

5.) since you are beautiful... and loser siya for hurting you.. start meeting new people.. new friends... to widen the possibilities of dating a new guy... who is way better than that guy who hurt you... and if you do... date.. even if dili nimo type gyud.. date lang.. coz who knows diba..

6.) also do extra kuri-kuri activities... hmmn.. aside from like uhh feeding your body.. feed your soul too... participate in feeding programs (I did this before)... visit a homeless shelter or home for the aged... tutor someone.... etc., and a good way of meeting someone else.. na possibly buotan pa diba..?
--soon, ill engage myself on these kind of activities.
ug last but not the least.. think lang that it's not your LOSS but his.. basta shofa ka.. mao na na! pa gwapa lang gyud ug pa sexy ug samot sis... sila ra lagi na mag laway nya... pustaanay pa
