To access modem you must set your ip add first to static on range of 192.168.1.2-254, cause right now your receiving global ip from pldt. After setting ip add for example ip=192.168.1.2 SM=255.255.255.0, you should be able to ping the 192.168.1.1, then access the modem through web browser. default password 1234

Mode=Routing
Encasulation= ENET ENCAP
Multiplex=LLC
VPI=0
VCI=100
IP=Obtain an IP Address Automatically

ON LAN:
DHCP =Server
Client IP Pool Starting Address=192.168.1.100 (its up to you where to start)
Size of Client IP Pool =30 (how many ips manage by your DHCP Server)
Primary DNS Server =(check first what DNS your using right now then use it here )
Secondary DNS Server (same goes for here)
Remote DHCP Server =N/A

TCP/IP
IP Address =192.168.1.1
IP Subnet Mask =255.255.255.0

ON NAT:
Select SUA only
