To access modem you must set your ip add first to static on range of 192.168.1.2-254, cause right now your receiving global ip from pldt. After setting ip add for example ip=192.168.1.2 SM=255.255.255.0, you should be able to ping the 192.168.1.1, then access the modem through web browser. default password 1234
