for me morality is based on the society and its culture. regarding knowledge between good and bad it is innate in any person unless of course if the person is a sociopath.

mao lagi ang society composed ug mga tawo nga majority nag tuo sa Ginoo. mas daghan gud mo tuo sa Ginoo.

in the Philippines it does seem like it.. but you've got to acknowledge the fact that there are societies also where majority of its constituents does not believe in god/gods. and still there are societies that believe in multiple gods.. it's the society and the culture that dictates morality..
