Even in marriage, one spouse can feel being violated. sexual act in marriage is also a consensus of both, no one is forced. but then again, i believe that sexual act in bed or anywhere, hehe, is always the conclusion of a healthy,loving, fulfilling and realizing relationship between husband and wife. the lack of these qualities will always be a loop sided relationship between both, and can be at times painful for any spouse.

im guessing the wives can't file a case of rape unless there are evidences that show nga gi rape jud cya like, i.e., bruises and laserations in the female genitalia. sadly radnop not all men are like you... and not all people who get married are their own will... mao na ang reality.... marital rape does exist... pero not all people talk about it kay we live in a country nga pahipi ra gani kay mabalaka kung unsay esulti sa ila silingan...

i saw an episode about this topic sa oprah. it is said that if a husband force himself to his wife and the wife is saying no, it is considered as rape and yes the wife can file charges. ambot lng dri sa ato kung it applies.

Since the scenario is not really stated clear.As what stated here is not for a lifetime nga mu balibad ang girl.Dili gyud totally clear ang scenario.I am a girl,it doesnt mean if wife nimo sya you can do everything. You need to respect your wife also.
