Maybe. That's the one thing that I can think of as the reason why these people who are against automation insist that the Philippines is not yet ready. Like charter change, if not now when will we start automated elections? When all the world has left us behind with the manual method? I don't see anything unconstitutional with the automated elections. The Constitution merely provided that the citizens shall have the right to vote. It is silent as to what method should be employed in casting and counting our votes.

tikas? ngano sa manual wala diay? of course if there's a will there's a way...but it doesnt mean we cant do precautions to make i harder for them
