try daw pulihi imong crunches with 30mins cardio. do that after workout.
sa ako na calculate sa canned tuna is P36 (187g) which is about 42g protein (based sa label).. not sure pa ko sa fresh fish.. but for me ang bonus sa canned is the convinence... (^__^)

ang canned tuna is only about 31 grams of protein.. i don't see the reason for diet lagi... i was kinda chubby before.. lost about 18lbs in 2 months.. without any diet.. just workout.. now at 112lbstaking whey though.. but im sure it doesnt help you lose body weight. hahaha

that's a good thing bro, naa man gud mga tawo na maglisod gyud pa-reduce just by workout alone. so dapat extra effort gyud sila by incorporating a good diet with it. and for some people na pareha nimog genes who want faster results, workout ug diet pud sila. pero ako mismo, muangkon gyud ko na mas lisod i-maintain ang diet kaysa exercise...perteng lisura gyud![]()
