    LOL! perte gyud!

    pero wa sa nako gilahos ug apply tanan, hinay2x sa kay di makaya sa budget. so far 1kg of breast fillet per day pa lang akong gidugang sa akong diet and for 4 days of doing it, i've already seen results. last night nagtimbang ko and i couldn't believe what i saw in the scale . but i won't disclose it yet, ig Monday nalang when i measure my weight and BF% again.

    pero warning lang, if you're not that serious about gaining, ayaw nalang gyud ug suway ani na diet. 1st day nako kasukaon gyud ko sa kabusog ug sa kasum-ol. imagine eating 250grams of cotton (steamed chicken) in one sitting . hangtud karun, maglisod gihapon ko. each meal is a torture. fortunately, i'm just too determined to give up, so GO gihapon

    mga bro....unsa man jud mas importante na etake nako na supplement....?patoning lng jud akoa...den dili pud pwede palit ko daghan supplements ky lisod man sa budget..hehehehe.......unsa man jud ang importante na supplemnt na modevelop imo muscles.....?usa lng sa na klase sa supplement ako etake ky way budget...hehehehe...unsa mana na supplement..?

    isda sa pasil, pchan daghan pa kag makuhang protein at a lesser price compared anang canned tuna. e steamed o un-unan. dugay mana madaut. personally, pul-an na gyud ko sa lasa anang tuna. maayo pa nang gagmayng isda. pwede ra na nimo sagulan og olive oil, gamayng asin og suka, da-ug na.

    ginabutangan nakog lamas bro. sa akong chicken, either steamed or boiled raman gyud na, i-alternate nako siya. karung adlawa steamed, next time boiled nasad. pero recently lang, i had boiled chicken for 3 straight months (that's 6x a day)

    ... ang steamed ang lisod agwantahon, mura gyug gapas ang lami bro, hehehe

    gi bisan unsa nalang nakog luto ang manok, po-ol man gani, kana pa kahang gi steamed ra. in fairness, grabe gyud nag protein content ang manok compared to other sources.
