    @ CamYang: still claim your warranty have the battery replaced oi...6months bya warranty ana...send it in sa nokia care ayala...pm me the job order number...maybe i can help.
    Sir ako job code # kay 4522..ako nman ni gdala ako phone ngad2 den 8 days nla naa ako phone then no progress man...den evry time tawag ko saad-saaran lang ko ana nilo nga wen makuha...ako nlang gkuha ako unit kay less den a month old or 1 month old pa2 ako unit...

    Finally, last wednesday, i got back my E51, yohooo! In their (manila) report, the board was changed daw. I noticed it got different IMEI# now so that must be true. The exposed board area in the battery compartment looks very new. I wish they were able to do everything here in cebu so it would have just taken a shorter time. Cebu should be a fix-all center for vis-min.

    So, it wasn't bad after all. That's true, constant follow-up lang gyud.

    Kapoy personalize na pud sa fone oi! hehehe. Hay, ang mga contacts may gani naay gamay nahibilin from a backup file. Lesson learned - regular PC synchronization & back-up. I also my memory card now as the primary memory. This is my second time now losing my contacts, first being user error transferring between sim & mem card.

    I also noticed some functional changes, but it's probably due to firmware. That's good for another thread.

    So, thanks to all who provided feedbacks & continue to share your Nokia Care experiences here.
