apparently nokia's after support warranty is not popular and gets bashed at even at our manilan counterparts.. check this thread:DON'T BE FOOLED BY NOKIA PHILIPPINES!!!
Nokia is voraciously (pardon me for the word...) endorsing the sales of the phones.. but when it comes to after warranty support.., they lagged behind their competitors (Sony Ericsson and Samsung..just to name a few..)
thanks for the link bro, i know that's a good read (warning, in other words) for our fellows here planning to get a nokia or concurrently dealing w their sub-par services. i was a little bit amazed that no thread about them here when i first search before starting this thread, i thought they made everyone happy, lol. i'll check on my unit again tomorrow.
Ngano weeks man? sa sidewalk or other 2~4hrs raman? Simple Flashing sa firmware niya. Saon taman warranty man, ana nalang dyud na tapol mode. Nag dawat man gud ug binuwan nga sweldo. Unlike sa uban nga ginagmay nga maningkamot ma ayo imong unit aron maka kwarta sila.
the bad thing about these phones that they say "unrepairable" is that maayo raba sa taga-daplin dalan ra nga mangayohay... hastang (tanang pamalikas)!!!!

@ thread starter: personally i think nokia care ayala is way better than the one in SM. just dont talk to that person thats obviously neglecting his duties. try looking for miss v next time...raise your concerns to her![]()

@ CamYang: still claim your warranty have the battery replaced oi...6months bya warranty ana...send it in sa nokia care ayala...pm me the job order number...maybe i can help.
