as of now, i can say that i am still not ok, but in time i will be. promise na nko sa akong self!

until when ka maghilak?.... the only time you will stop crying is when the day comes that you learn to accept the fact that your life is better off w/o your ex.

I won't tell you to force yourself to stop crying sis, coz mas maau mana nga imo ipagawas tanan imo mga kasakit nga gbati thru crying and sharing your life's story here in istorya, but DON't overdo it lang pud the crying part kay dili na pud na maayo. Learn to overcome the situation and accept the fact that your better off w/o him in your life, i would even dare say that it's good nga wala na mo kay para maundang na tanan iya pasakit na ghatag sa imo.Kay imagina nlng kung wala pa mo nagbulag, mag.patong2x na cguro ang mga kasakit na iya ghatag sa imo. Dapat ana, you should feel sorry for him coz he is such an idiot for choosing such a sad excuse of a woman, obviously, kabalo jud ang girl nga kamo sa imo ex adto sauna, take not..."kinsa ni, si (name sa imo ex or si (ur name)"..., and you should also feel sorry for the girl kay nipatol xa ug guy nga walay klaro, i wouldn't be surprised if gaguhon pud to xa sa imo ex, nabuhat man gani sa imo ex dra nimo, there's no reason why he can't do it again, expecially since naa sa dubai ang girl, the guy can do all the nasty things he wants to do. I also wouldn't be surprised if mag.ginaguhay silang duha, depende nlng kinsa makauna nila, either imo ex or ang girl.

I know you can do this sis,i know you can overcome this situation, coz it is true that women are born stronger than men, coz men can never endure all the pain that women endure, not in any lifetime, mao btaw nga nga women are born self sacrificing.

anyhow, think of happy thoughts, i-suppress imong past.. para di ma-apektahan si baby..
try something new like adopting a pet, pampering yourself or do something na malingaw ka..
or watching House MD, prison break, pathology, csi.. ^^
