for me, i think it doesnt matter, as long as your qualified for the position they will still hire you. Hopping has never been an issue with call centers unless you did you something thats against their company rules then thats a different story.

it is not good nga magbalhin-balhin ug work kung nangeta ka ug stable job, pwera ra guro kng part time imu gi-applayan. moresulta ra jud ni makadugayan if mag-apply naka sa imu job na gusto, then nag-require ug 2 years experience with age limit. sa kadaghan sa unemployed karon, i think it is better to stick to 1 ot more years in one company.

For me it really depends upon the reason for doing so.. I mean if you just suddenly realized that you're not happy in working for a certain company anymore then why force yourself to stay long & pretend that you still know what you're doing? I think It's quite pointless bec. life is too short to be wasted. So I think It's better to explore until you really discover what can make you happy bec. who knows maybe you're really not meant to have a job at all? or maybe you just have to look for the right company that will make you feel like you're on the right track.
