    but for those who work as HRs of companies, how do you identify someone who is a job hopper from those who made unlucky choices? How to spot that?

    actually some of these so called hoppers dont have goals in life.. and more of them have attitude problems.

    most job hoppers are not meant for employment, that's one thing i know.

    its no big deal in other sense, either i am a job hopper or not considering that one of the common issues here why an employee opt to jump from one job to another its because there is a certain level that they are looking into their own profession and most common here is the Financial issue, for instance we professional we can evaluate ourselves according to performance, ability, attitude of work and the others..however sad to say that you were underpaid, so where is the motivation there? absolutely there is none right? so for some point i am also considering this issue as a wise employee coz inside the company many occurences that happens inside and out of office politicking is the common issue there, that is why plenty of beleaguered employees are opted to resign or done this job hopping maybe because of these..i think so
