heres what you do..ONE STEP AT A TIME.

its a process of case investigation thru data analysis and deduction

have a pen and paper ( for checklist ) first and foremost..KNOW UR MOBO.. onboard ba ang video | non onboard ba

    1. remove the components from the cpu

    2. assemble the mobo.PROC. and PSU ( in a well lighted table , wa walay samokan, para ka concentrate ka ).
    >> connect a swith button and reset button. NO VC AND RAM. : if non onboard ang vc
    >> if onboard ang vc, connect a monitor sa vga display port
    >> CONNECT A PCI PC ANALIZER

    3. remove the CMOS BATT. put a newly purchased one ( many times this is the culprit )

    4. TURN IT ON!
    >> longggggg beeeppppp? yes : ram error << replace ram
    no : lets continue
: beep beep beep? YES ( non onboard only ) vc error >> replace it with a new one * reason = if naa vc installed , it won beep beep beep..since the agp port cicuitry is filled up.. di lang mu work.
: beep beep beep? YES ( on board VC ) mobo MCH error. buy new mobo
: beep beep beep? no? the mobo is candidate for replacement, more test will confirm it.

    >> Analizer reading ? code no.. refer to the manual

    5. turn off. ADD MEMORY ( non onboard vc )
    >> TURN ON.. Loongggg beeepppp = no memory module detected.. : replace memory, continue test
Loongggg beeepppp gihapon. = no memory module detected. check memory slot..check for PUTOL | Burned connector
no bep at all ( and you know working ur memory, mobo is candidate to be confined sa greenvalley, test it some more )

if ok na ang memory , mu beep gyud ni ug.

beep beep beep : YES! now u got it.. replace with a working VC ( PCI-E or AGP. depends on ur mobo )

beep beep beep still: remove vc, check vc sot properly, basin naputlan ug contact point.. put OLDIE PCI VC ( maski 1mb lang : that y its gud to keep 1 if mag ayo ka ug pc )
beep beep beep : ILISI NA ANG MOBO

if VC or VC slot ra ang guba. mu beep | booth na gyud ni

    >> unsay reading sa PC ANALIZER?

na brown-outan. posible damage by Power Outrage..kana black chip with 3 points duol sa power sa proc slot ur memory slot.

    based on experience ni.
