IMHO, mao ni akong pinaka duol nga pangagpas ay: ang mga Cebuano dili bogo. kabaw cla nga continuing away ni ni Tomas ug Gwen. kabaw pud cla nga anomalous ang FLI deal pero nagpahipi ra tungod kay naa nay nitingog batok sa isyu ug gipa abot paman gani na sa Kongreso ang reklamo. and the fact nga ga away c Tomas ug Gwen, the Cebuano people in general are just in the "observation mode". they are also keeping their biases in check unlike some peeps here nga parehas na ka gahi sama sa kusahos sa Bohol nga magpa bongol bongol, mgpa bota bota nga wa lagi gyuy anomaliya kno sa FLI deal. worse, gusto nila pasagdan nlng kno nga madayon ang deal. wa mo kuyapi? ...and do u even hear Cardinal Vidal talk about that issue? wala gayud...
wa ko nagpakabuta ug bongol, ang akoa lang, pareho ra sila, so they should leave each other alone. mao na akong point! the motive lagi of PJ is very questionable, it may be a valid inquiry but he should shut up because they have their own transactions the only reason nganong ang baba ni PJ mura ug lubot sa himunga-an kay wa kasakay ang mga Garcia and gipaki-uwawan ra niya ang Cebu in general in the guise of a legal technicality.

If you are going to ask me if there is a possible irregularity in the SRP-FLI deal? YES!

Is it right for PJ or any Cebuano politician to question it? NO!

WHY? First, because of the Osmenas track record. Second, for all the logical reasons. Third, for delicadeza. So stating the reason that basin ma ala-ut ang mga Cebuano in the future because of this single SRP deal is PURE HYPOCRISY and B.S.

i never denied those the first time in any of my posts. if you are going to ask me, prior to PJ's privilege speech in congress, status quo ra.

they fix or continue bashing on the failed land swap and leave the SRP alone.

mao bitaw questionable ang intention ni PJ, probably out of retaliation or gusto gyud mo apil sa SRP mao na iyang gibuhat but if he knows better, pasagdan na lang na niya nag SRP-FLI deal kay wala lagi siya moral authority and na'ay political color. now, kung mag binoyscout gyud siya kay nakakita siya ug legal loophole sa deal then, para nako mas dako ug damage iyang gibuhat kaysa possible irregularity sa deal. if he was the better mean, he would just shut up and channel their efforts sa ciudad project, malipay pa ang mga cebuano niya.

    get my point now?

PJ or any Cebuano politician who questions the FLI deal with the City government "may" don't have the moral right. But if we go by the word the legal right, YES they do have as taxpayers. Now it seems that PJ has inflicted some heavy blows on City Hall and the bun-ogs are starting to appear. Like you, the silent majority of the Cebuanos are starting to realize about a possible wrong doing on this deal. And like me who pays tax to the city government I would say PJ's move though tainted with politics, is laudable.

Unya kay diay ang deal ana anomalous and disadvantageous to the city and the taxpayers. Sus! pagka pait paminawon.

puro man na sila na'ay personal interest, puro na sila ga-cut ug corners. i know the means does not justify the end but unfortunately, that is how things are done in the philippines.

the question now is considering the track record of the osmenas, ma-alaut ba ang cebuano?

kung sayop man gani ang pama-agi sa city hall, para nako bahala na lang rather than everything will go the drain nga atong kasagaran poltician/leader puro ra man gyud satsat kutob.

Ug tinuod man gani unya bro nga na short change ang deal sa FLI-Cebu city hall kumpara sa Taguig-RJE nagpasabut nga ma alkanse dyud ko sa akong buhis kay imbis mapunta unta sa laing madapatan, ma adtu lang gihapon ibayad sa loan sa SRP kay ang "na abut sa SRP" sa iyang sale to FLI is not sufficient to cover the debt kay -short change gud. Imbis diay unta to daku ug mahimo ang deal pero basin ug naay naka "safety ug gamay" (gamayun lang nato) sa ilang bulsa o ipaagi ug mga corporate shares nga wa lang ta kahibalo mao nga Ok nalang so long as nahalin unya naa dyud ikabayad sa iyang utang. Kini gud bro dang pamahala just like the way you said bahala nalang ug mao dyud iyang dangatan. But let us look on the brighter side of life. Ug mahimo dyud diay unta nga i maximize ang potential sa sale anang SRP nganung wa man ni buhata sa mga liders natu diha sa City Hall?

Nganung nag huwat pa man sila nga bukingon sila ni PJ nga dala sad pamulitika? Daghan man kaha mga maayong laki nga abugado ang City Hall or were they really doing their homework in the first place? Unya ingnon lang lagi ka nga the deal is above board. The question now is what if in the grand finale, the deal is "under board"? Aber?

Mora man gud ni ron bro ug sugal ba nga naay side bet. Now we will see ug kinsa dyud mobarug ini nila kay nagbahad ma si PJ nga dalhun dyud ni niya nga issue sa korte. Mangabahu dyud na sila ug samut diha and the problem is Tomas is ailing.
