    this is right, i bought my old pcie vc's at techead so far i got no problems. i would recommend this shop if looking for a ddr3 lowend/midrange vcards.

    I have a bad experience ani nga store. Naa ko gipalit nga LCD monitor nga samsung sa Silicon Valley just this year. and then after a month naguba, so akong gibalik sa ilaha, first ingon nga 2 weeks daw. so ok ra ko, then karon ni 1month na lang wala pa gyud nabalik ang akong monitor, ingon nila naa pa daw sa supplier wala pa daw nabalik sa ilaha. Ug dili sad sila mo-ilis kay 7days warranty ra sila. Pero naa sa resibo ang 1year warranty.


    I recommend na ayaw mo palit ani nga store kay bati ilang after sales support.

    Bro sakto man ila gi ingon nga 7 days man jud ang AWR period kay its outside the CPU daw pero 1 yr warranty. Di sila mo ilis kay ila manpud na gi purchased if ila ka ilisan alkanse sila ana jud na bro maski sa PCX etc... and supplier na jud mo replace if found out dayon ang problem dali raka ma ilisan if di na madalla ug repair pero most likely repair lang na bro I think so.

    Ato manpud nga responsibility nga mo follow up ta nila sa atong item nga gipawarrantyhan di ta mag after sila mo call sa atoa we should insist for replacement after the said promise date nga inyo gi sabotan for warranty.

    If di jud madala sumbong sa DTI k!

    the problem here in CEBU is that, most of the suppliers are from Manila..
    except for FINE UPGRADES... mao kasagaran, products from FU, dali ra ma-replace (under warranty)..
    but oustide Cebu na gani, perting lisuda na jud ang replacement ana...

    we can't blame computer shops 100%.. coz mostly, mag hagad ra jud na sa supplier ang mga items..

    plus the availability of the product pud. If it's not available sa supplier, they can't order from the other country right away. Mahal kaayo ang freight for one item only.

    So far ok raman bro. Nakapalit nako dra two LCD's lang pud nuon from Samsung no worries since mo warranty sila og 1year and then service warranty for parts for 3 years sulit ayo. But don't know kong unsa pud kadugay mabalik kong magpawarranty ka. But so far ok ra ila service.

    try mo adto sa QUBE PC ok kaau ang ila mga warranty ug barato pa jud sila ang ila warranty sa mobo,hard drive ug processor ky 2 years nya sa video card ug monitor 1 year nya sa ila memory ky lifetime warranty nindot didto pwd sad mo mo try ug open sa ila site Qube - Online ........ nya about anang sa silicon naka experience sad ako kauban diha palit ug pc mahal pa jud kaau ang ila palit mga 55k ang price nya pag abot sa ila damtan ug 1 week na guba hahaha...ila gibalik giingnan lng sila na ayohon pa sa ila tech mga i2 weeks tambay didto sakto ba gud na 1 week lng guba daun nya mahal kaau....

    Silicon Valley sa SM!!

    ni palit kog PSU Dynamo 550W pag march 2008. tapos naguba pag may 2008. karun kiilisan... naguba nsad pag august 2008!!! ana sila ako daw AVR maoi guba. pero LOLz kaau. nanu wala man naguba akong 300w na upat nman ni ka tuig?.. mao toh kiilisan nsad karun.. so karun May 2009 nman. wala na warranty. heheh currently karun. guba ang Line 1 sa PSU!! wla nai output power. isa nlang ka Line ako kigamit. huhuhuh Why man so bad man ilang Dynamo dual fan PSU? T_T

    techhead is one of the worst after sales.
    My DIR-600 was bought around August 2010. It wont work and I sent to them last Nov. 26, 2010. Nobody care to inform me of the status. I keep calling them for updates. It's plain stupid they ask for my number and never did they call to update. I had better experience with local cebu based shops like Ng Khai, CBX, APC, perfect star just to name a few.
