hehehe, na-feel man nako ang difference bro. using windows vista makita man ang rate sa pag copy. lahi ra ang speed sa pag copy from ide to sata and sata to sata. or maybe sa ako lang nga case, hehehe. mo-average ug 20MB/s ang ide-sata nga copy but ~45MB/s ang sata-sata nga copy.

SATA is Faster than IDE is a fact already. no argument on that..
if ur office is capable of buying quad cpu with 4gb of ram
might as well invest on
2 x 160GB 7200.12 ( ST3160318AS ) in RAID 0 for OS | video Temp files * this are cheap now adays
2 x 160GB 7200.12 ( ST3160318AS ) in RAID 0 for Digital Content Creation Scratch Disk * this are cheap now adays
1 x 1tB 7200.12 ( ST31000528AS ) for files
then use 64bit XP or windows 7 x86-64 built 7057
