    actually, imo lard, err, i mean imo fats, mas ganahan mo tambay sa imo bukton. others sa ila abs, chin or lower extremities... lower the fats and you'll reduce the size of your arms... while you're at it, since you can't spot reduce, e tone nalang na nga area... while we're trying in earnest to increase the size of our braso, maayo ka diha kay dako nakag braso daan.. LOL!
