    hm...basically do tricep dips and modified pushups for women. U cannot spot reduce.....meaning if ur arms are flabby u can't make them thin simply by doing the dips...u also have to go on a diet para muniwang ka overall.....

    i share the same problem... nway, you can always workout for overall reducing (there are also exercises specific for that body part) and go on diet... the results aren't fast and sometimes u get frustrated coz everytime u measure those problem areas, the inches don't seem to budge-- u just have to be patient and of course have lots of determination.
