western union if you're the one sending money/payment coz i don't think there's a way yet wherein you could put deposit funds into your paypal account not unless if you have a US bank account.

dili diay pwede mag fund sa paypal thru Union bank?

NOTE: for online goods (example of which are Cd keys and etc) i usually tag the invoice with -intangible online goods- this is to avoid charge backs and etc.

this reply may be a few months late but does it guarantee that the buyer wont do charge backs and etc

western union is quite expensive but the safest.. Paypal is not safe at all.. Search Google on how paypal limits accounts for no reason...

ako paypal but thru xoom..been in this type of transaction for a year kapin already. In fact, pwde pa gani debit card nimo gamiton..or i-deliver pa sa inyong address ang money.

Western Union, kung sa mga local clients nako..tho had transactions sa Western Union sa overseas clients but I would suggest sa overseas clients if mg Western Union dyud sila na mg MOneyGram nalang kay mas cheaper ang service charge.

paypal is good but you became problematic if they limit your account.hehe!just like me.
