i heard it 2 or 3 years ago. it was an intel and microsoft partnership.
it started as 1 processor for 1 os.

i think they already implemented it but not yet activated i think.
not sure if it has something to do with dual and quad core processors.

why are you interested on pirated OS btw.
you know it's illegal. why should you worry? (^_^)
