actually, sa balaud, it is not allowed. but, the credit card issuer (citi, hsbc) can... that is because it takes time for them to collect from u, remember next few weeks pa cla maningil nimo. its like 5-6, but legally and politically allowed, hehehe... it is not the store charging you that price, but the issuer is. its in your contract, mabasa na ninyo, say 3% (i dont really know how much). so the store gets the right amount, the credit card issuer gets the add up. and u get the "hold up", hehehe...

if makakita mo ug 0%, promo na... say 3,160/month for 6 months at 0% for the Sony Ericsson nga phone at CyberZone SE...

as of that "price-tag" thingy, yes, true na pude ka maka-reklamo.. but remember, "big" companies know better than u, n, well, more powerful than me n u. i'm not giving u the negatives, it just that u might just be wasting your time with sa DTI.

    cheers

marukoy mn kaau ning mga tindahan mga bro.

What they tell us: Kung CC, normal price. Kung cash, discounted price.
But what's really true: The cash and 'discounted' price is the real price. Ang CC price kay naa na patung.

They do this para naa gyapon sila patong kung CC imong gamiton but at the same time 'wala' sila ka violate sa balaod. Lusot japon cla by just playing with words.

"it is not the store charging you that price, but the issuer is. its in your contract, mabasa na ninyo, say 3% (i dont really know how much). so the store gets the right amount, the credit card issuer gets the add up. and u get the "hold up", hehehe..."

the "patong" is price for "utang". you can't expect to not pay interest while enjoying a 12 months to pay credit scheme.

this is how the cc issuer gets income. this should clear things up. most stores don't give discounts on cash basis purchases. it's even good that pcx thought of giving customers a little breather when making cash purchases.

    my pov, cheers.
