I understand your dilemma and expression of hopelessness or helplessness over the situation. Of course kung dili empowered ang katawhan, lisod jud. No one can change the system on his or her own. It has to be the collective will of the people that should effect change just like what happened when Pampanga elected Governor Panlilio, when Isabela elected Gov.
