Government agencies personnel...walay batasan

SORRY, but i have to do this, i have been to several government establishments, from LTO, COMELEC, POST OFFICES, PRC, and others (tired to mention)..

Im sorry if this is a repeated thread, or this is in the wrong discussion category..

anyways, i guess everyone has been to government agencies already and experienced the way government personnel treated us in one way or another..

these are my experiences:

LTO - i've noticed that it was an hour before the day's work, but the employees
were very hesitant to entertain anymore, i've seen one of them prepares a table, and guess what, it was then used for mahjong..wtf was that..

COMELEC - fake grin, lousy reception..same old false promises..no VOTERS ID released till now, i guess they too play mahjong or poker.. bullsh*t

POST OFFICE - i called the office once to ask for my package if it has arrived already, but the man answering me tends to be so stupid, that his answers were programmed already in his brain that there is no logical sense in his replies..

summary - - - lousy service...

i thought there is a law already from the capitol, to smile to the customers or should i say public

they say that in government agencies, mo hatag jud ka ug padangog, this is the reason why most of the people cant get direct service from them, its not because the process is slow, but its the one who process that doesnt work without padangug..

I had a very bad experience at the NSO office in Manila. Pila ka oras linya, perteng inita, then mga employees rude kaayo.

Naa ko experience sa LTO sa Lapu-Lapu. Sayo kaayo ko ni adto 7am. Naghulat mi sa cashier kay wla pa moabot. Niabot intaw si manang 11am na pag abot pa gyud nagpa guapa pa nag ihap sa kuarta naabtan nlang og alas 12. balik na pod tawn mi 1pm. Bsan unsaog padungog dungog wla gyuy pansin.. Paita lagi.

daghan naman daw na reklamo nila pero same gihapon...... labi na magsapot sapot ig mag inquire ang mga taw,hilas kaayo......

my bad experience is during the time sa ckeckpoint dri sa lapu2x. gi issue ha jud ko ug TOP bsag wla koy violation ni Rey Saenz...bolok jud kaau na pagkapulis.ky tuga2x ug apil2x ug checkpoint dli kahibaw motan-aw ug CR...
ang nkasamot ka bolok ky murag dli kahibaw mo suwat... ky gbali pa jud pagsuwat akong plate #. mao na kron wla pa jud nko makuha akong lisensya...

HOY REY ZAENZ...kung mkabasa ka ani seminar nya didto sa LTO ha para dli nka magpataka dha ug pa nakop....

mao jud naa jud mga empleyado sa government na in-ani..naka experience sad ko kanang naa kay lukatun sa city hall dugay keu mo entertain nimo...pahulatun paka...magcge pa og tabi bsan working hours...makalagot jud...
