SORRY, but i have to do this, i have been to several government establishments, from LTO, COMELEC, POST OFFICES, PRC, and others (tired to mention)..
Im sorry if this is a repeated thread, or this is in the wrong discussion category..
anyways, i guess everyone has been to government agencies already and experienced the way government personnel treated us in one way or another..
these are my experiences:
LTO - i've noticed that it was an hour before the day's work, but the employees
were very hesitant to entertain anymore, i've seen one of them prepares a table, and guess what, it was then used for mahjong..wtf was that..
COMELEC - fake grin, lousy reception..same old false promises..no VOTERS ID released till now, i guess they too play mahjong or poker.. bullsh*t
POST OFFICE - i called the office once to ask for my package if it has arrived already, but the man answering me tends to be so stupid, that his answers were programmed already in his brain that there is no logical sense in his replies..
summary - - - lousy service...
i thought there is a law already from the capitol, to smile to the customers or should i say public
they say that in government agencies, mo hatag jud ka ug padangog, this is the reason why most of the people cant get direct service from them, its not because the process is slow, but its the one who process that doesnt work without padangug..
