Real Producer Plus 10, can't install/uninstall

I have a problem with my Real Producer Plus 10... I guess it's because I installed it without uninstalling my old 8.5 version. It doesn't run anymore. I tried uninstalling both and then installed ONLY the Real Producer Plus 10 software... but IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE!!!

Any ideas?

basin naa mga files nga wala na remove pag uninstall nimo..try daw pangita sa iyang mga settings ug uban pang mga files then i delete manually then i install balik..usually naa na sa Program Files or sa Documents and Settings\<USER_NAME> or sa Documents and Settings\<USER_NAME>\Application Data

as in totally cleared out... wa na jud sulod in relation to the program... mao sad ni nahitabo adtong time na messed up akong ULEAD photo express... haaay.. nayabag na jud ni..

Try clearing your Windows Temp Folder, usually located at (assuming you have XP) C:\Documents and Settings\<Windows_Username>\Temp.

Another solution would be some Registry hacking, which can be dangerous if you delete the wrong keys. Go to HKLM/Software, and look for anything that pertains to Real Producer... delete it.

yep registry..but be very careful with it or youll end up reinstalling the whole OS..

pero ako gikalibgad..mostly updated/ higher version when installed to lower version progs. you need not to remove the old one... you can install automatically the new version ...
