ixus 80 IS around 16k ni siya...comes in silver, pink, camel, brown, blue, etc.
naa pud ixus 85 IS and ixus 90 IS all excellent choices.
kung black silver lang ka pwedi na gani ang ixus 75 only around 12k
all offer excellent photo quality and speed and features.

personally i have an OLY in my pocket right now...but with all honesty its inferior when it comes to photo quality. its much slower than the sony or canon. controls are poorly layed out and hard to get set in lowlight situations accidental settings change is easy to come by. functions are lacking. horrible flash capability (the worst in any major brand ive tried). face detection is practically useless (they need to follow implementation on the canon or sony)
