insomniac ko before....
almost 1 year ako therapy ato until na correct ako circadian rhythm (body clock).. wala gi advice nako ang medication kay underage pa ato nga time... during sa ato nga time frame, naka set gyud nga mohigda nako every 9pm wether katugon ko or dili, totally no carbonated drinks gyud, no coffee, no junk foods, more fruits and veggies, excercise, + disiplina... na correct na gyud tawn after a long long process...
