avoid ug mga softdrinks after 6pm or maski bisan unsa nga naa caffeine content. nya inom ug milk nya take a bath nya ka tog daun.
im no drinker and im no smoker, pero what ive read is that beer helps alot in contributing into sleep. only that dapat lang moderate ang volume. pero hate kaayo nako ang mga inom, lalake ko pero dili gyud ko ganahan. sayang kay basin mo-gana diay ang beer method.
anyways, i'll share to you guys my activities that may relate to my late sleep:
-i don't really get the meaning of "sleeping patterns" well, but based on my research, i only sleep once a day at times of 2-4am to 12-1pm.
-since semestral break pa sa among school, all i do in the daylight is take care of my internet cafe.
-im still not working, thus im free to sleep and wake up anytime i want.
-if ever maka-mata ko ug sayo, dili ko duka-on. and dili pud ko duka-on if ma-kumpleto nako ang late nako na tulog.
-i rarely drink beverages with caffeine(im drinking one right now which happens rarely).
-i dont drink
-i dont smoke
i haven't slept last night. im still up today and im testing the 33 hour no-sleep method. i have slept for a while kanina for 2 hours pero i think its still on the 33-hour method.
right now im drinking coke para dili ko duka-on.
be healthy lang bro.. don't drink coke or coffee or anything nga naay caffeine.. try drinking 1 liter or fresh milk everday.. hehe.. and pag.vitamins gyud para at least mo.compensate sa lack of sleep..
most of all, don't think of it as a problem but be thankful na bisag 2-4 hours naka.sleep pa gyud ka.. kay uban dili gyud katulog bisag 1 hour..

first time i heard of the 33-hour method.. anong meron diyan?![]()
experienced it during my college days... usually sleeps between 4am and had to get up by 7am and head for school.. just try to relax your mind don't watch tv or listen to music just relax...
some of my friends uses Iterax...they say its effective but I never tried it...
better ask the experts bro, hehehe...
