    insomniac ko before....

    almost 1 year ako therapy ato until na correct ako circadian rhythm (body clock).. wala gi advice nako ang medication kay underage pa ato nga time... during sa ato nga time frame, naka set gyud nga mohigda nako every 9pm wether katugon ko or dili, totally no carbonated drinks gyud, no coffee, no junk foods, more fruits and veggies, excercise, + disiplina... na correct na gyud tawn after a long long process...

    this is my problem pod ... i think too much...a prosti...girl have open my mind..make a devertion gyud sa imong hunax2 ...when i goto sleep i try not to think problem or *** hehehe...

    oh, naulian na intawn ko ug gamay, dakong improvement sa akong tulog

    last saturday wala gyud ko matulog ug usa ka adlaw, then natulog ko mga 8pm, nakamata ko ug 6am sa buntag. i was surprised and amazed of it. makatulog na ko at 10-12pm thanks for the suggestion. it really helped. a fist full of discipline also helped. if oras gani sa tingmata nako, mata gyud ko. dili mag-inarte na unya na mo-bangon. inig abot sa hapon gud kay duka-on ko, which means im tired or some sort. makatabang gyud inig katulog ug sayo.

    I tried Foot reflexology sa Patria and after 3 tries I slept like a babay and ganahan ko....naka twicw a week ko sauna,

    but now sa work...lisod...I wud like to try again....

    wala man unta ko aning insomnia, sukad na adik nako sa istorya naa naman ko ani.

    You're having sleep problems because you're an effin gamer. lol... :P I sleep at 5am everyday.. because of games. And I wake up around 10... to play MOAR GAMES!
