reformatting issue

@cloud: and one thing pa diay..gi try nako reformat ang drive c ra..pero mu ana man na if i-reformat daw nako kay maka encounter daw ko problems kay lahi ang os gigamit..pero gi try nako select ang drive d para i-reformat kay ok ra..

asa manka dapit nag reformat sa DOS mode? or sa sulod sa Windows? Dili mana nimo pwede ma format sa windows kay naka open ang mga files nimo sa drive C: Kon na backup na nimo tanan important files nimo then Boot from Windows CD nya didto na nimo e reformat imo HDD.

what do u mean drivers disc?like what?naa nako atong para reformat na disk

Disc that came with your video card, motherboard, lan card, etc. some would came with a diskette.
You will surely need those disc if you will be installing windows again.

actually dili man gud to akong pc ang i-reformat...sa akong friend..kibaw man ko mu reformat kay ako man nag ayo2x sa akong pc..nagpa help cya..problem is,wala ko naka encounter sa mga probs sa iyang pc tungod atong naay murag safemode nya katong naay cyay drive c and d..kay pag reformat nako sa akong pc kay deretso raman..then gi balik ra nako install and download tanan apps nako..akong disc gigamit kay kato rajud sa winxp..

ana ako friend wala daw mga cd iyaha..like kanang sa video card and etc..

wala pa ko nag reformat oi..mga wednesday pa kay nasugdan namanunta to pero naka encounter man mi a2 akong gi state na problems mau na nag cancel nalang mi kay nahadlok mi duha kay maguba nya samot..hehe

hi kayi!... since mag reformat man ka and u want to delete the drive C and D, u can do it sa windows xp setup or DOS.. like PRESS ANY KEY TO BOOT FROM CD.... when XP loads just follow the instructions... DONT choose repair but choose install fresh copy of XP....

if ull gonna see a word like C: PARTITION 401523MB that is enclosed in a box, DELETE it, so as the other partition that u can see there... the instruction will be on the lower part of the screen on how to delete it...

once those partitions will be deleted, u will see an UNPARTITIONED SPACE ... highlight that and hit ENTER key... choose the FORMAT PARTITION USING NTFS FILE (quick).. it will install a fresh copy of windows xp and there's no more drive D... by default it will become drive C... ^^... if its already installin then have a cup of coffee hehehe... itll take some time... then just follow the instructions like settin up time and date etc... hehehe after that ur good to go... remember to install the necessary drivers like motherboard, webcam and so on.....

i slave lng sa ang iya hdd sa laing pc pra ma copy o ma back-up ang mga files b4 nmo i reformat..

bwt sa drivers, pwde ramn na ma download sa net ang mga drivers sa mobo, vcard, etc..
